Ice Breaker Invitational
Overview & Mission
The St. Louis Blues are proud to announce the second annual Girls Tier I Ice Breaker Invitational, which will be held from August 14 -16, 2026 at Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, MO.
In its inaugural year, this Invitational hosted 12U Tier 1 programs in NHL markets, and placed a large emphasis on off-ice team building and personal development of female players as they begin their Tier I journey. This year's tournament will include 14U Tier 1 programs, in addition to 12U Tier 1 programs.
Events
Our goal is to provide a well-rounded experience for all participating athletes, placing equal focus on both on and off ice events.
Off-ice events will include
- Breakfast with Health & Nutrition Training
- Skills Competition led by Professional Women’s Hockey Players
- Dedicated Off-Ice Team Building Session for each team
- Women in Sports Panel and Festival with all teams and families
