Try Ball Hockey for Free
About
The St. Louis Blues invites children ages 5-9 to join us for our Try Ball Hockey for Free event at Brentwood Inline Rink. Led by Blues Youth Hockey staff that help participants learn the fundamental skills of hockey, including passing, stickhandling, and shooting. Participants will receive a street hockey stick, street hockey ball, and a Blues branded pinnie.

Program Eligibility
- Children must be between the ages of 5-9 for the co-ed sessions.
- This program is offered to new, first-time participants only.
- Children who are not registered with a local Missouri Hockey Association.
- Children in a Learn to Play program cannot participate in these sessions.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO PLAY STREET HOCKEY? DO I NEED SKATES?
All you need is a stick and a pair of sneakers! Each participant will receive a ball, pinnie, and stick at the session to keep. Please note that skates and roller blades are not allowed at our Try Ball Hockey sessions.
WHAT ARE THE AGES OF PARTICIPANTS?
For those ages 5-9!
Can we sign up for multiple Try Hockey for Free sessions?
No, children are only allowed to do our Try Hockey for Frees sessions once.
